CLEAR STANDARDS. HONEST COMPARISONS.
Your Human Element work is the source of every target here.
Match the listed exercise form and record one continuous set or hold. Modified or assisted attempts can be entered, but receive no standard tier.
Repetitions and plank holds qualify at or above a target. Mile runs qualify at or below a target. For push-up ranges, the lower number earns the tier; a result between tiers keeps the highest one earned.
These are Human Element program benchmarks, not medical or population norms. They describe individual tests; this tool does not calculate an overall fitness grade.
Bronze, Gold, and Platinum thresholds have not been defined for either category. The existing chart provides exact-age median references only.
The existing posters say “Individualized.” Bronze, Gold, and Platinum targets must be set from an assessment. No automatic tier is assigned.
Ten tier posters are labeled “proposed.” The women’s leg-lift poster does not state approval status. Comparisons for these eleven charts remain provisional until Brandon confirms them.
13 original posters, dated October 10, 2026, were read and visually checked. No external norms or estimated tiers were added. Open a poster to inspect the original.
The grip poster cites Dodds et al., PLOS ONE (2014), Table 2. This tool reproduces the values on your poster; it does not independently revalidate that population study. Kilograms are the canonical grip values; pounds are converted from kilograms. Ages between the chart’s exact ages receive no median comparison.
